We have a mission. Really.

The AAF Duluth/Superior exists to provide and promote a better understanding of the functions of advertising and of its value; to apply the skills, creativity, and energy of the advertising industry whenever it is needed to help solve social problems; to advance the standards of advertising through a voluntary program of self-regulation; and to promote good fellowship and free exchange of ideas.

Who?

Essentially, the AAF Duluth/Superior is made up of individuals from our community who are engaged in buying, selling or creating advertising, publicity, or public relations. We also welcome people in businesses closely related to advertising, and students who are looking at advertising as a potential field of interest.

How?

The AAF Duluth/Superior, which was formed in 1976, is governed by a board of directors and four officers. This includes a president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer. Officers are elected for one-year terms. The organization is a member of the AAF (American Advertising Federation) and is located in its 8th District.
